Rotating kandi cuff.
I made this smaller than most so it’s more affordable.
I use the peyote stitch and ladder stitch so it rotated easier. ( That is my intention)
I use neon pink, neon yellow, and purple pony beads and black pony bead stars.
i will put in different sizes… I have to make bigger sizes because I use a lot of beads..
