Rotating kandi cuff.
I made this smaller than most so it’s more affordable.
I use the peyote stitch and ladder stitch so it rotated easier. ( That is my intention)

I use neon green, neon yellow, and neon blue pony beads and black pony bead stars.

I will put it in different sizes… I have to make bigger sizes because I use a lot of beads..
